You will be asked to provide a credit card to our secure payment website when you register for your appointment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. The MindSpa does not accept insurance.

You may reschedule your appointment by 8:00 a.m. the day of your appointment without losing credit for that appointment. There are no refunds.

Appointments are automatically deducted from packages with WebScheduler. You will be notified via email when you are out of sessions.

Appointments are 45 minutes in length and can include one person or a family up to six people at the session.

Custom Counseling Appointments are tailored to meet the needs of your situation. Our counselors will focus on mediation, communication skills, behavioral interventions, and other therapeutic techniques to give you the tools to build a better relationship with your loved ones.

Clicking the button above will open WebScheduler, which enables you to schedule one or more appointments any time of the day or night.

With WebScheduler, you can sort by counselor, by date, or schedule a time that is most convenient for you.

Should you purchase a package, you can access your account anytime to determine the number of appointments left. Appointments will be automatically deducted as you schedule appointments. Packages are valid for two years from the date of the first filled appointment and can be used at anytime.

You can change your appointment prior to 8:00 a.m. the day of your appointment without losing the credit for that appointment. There are no refunds.

You will be notified via email when your appointment is confirmed or if you make any changes.

The MindSpa Educational Event Packages:

Our event packages are a great way to learn about a specific topic while ensuring that you don’t fall back into bad habits. The package includes:

An educational seminar with a guest speaker or speakers who are experts in the field of the program.

The educational seminars are interactive—participants are encouraged to ask questions.

The educational seminars include worksheets and handouts on the topic to practice at home.

Small class size so you can feel comfortable interacting with the other participants or simply listen to the seminar.

The educational seminar is educational in nature and not meant to be considered therapy.

The package includes Three (3) Custom Counseling Appointments to coach you through difficult times and ensure that old habits don’t return.

The Custom Counseling Appointments are tailored to meet your individual needs in a confidential and professional setting.

The Custom Counseling Appointments may be used with any counselor for an appointment that is convenient to your schedule.

The appointments can be scheduled any time within a year of the event.

Therapeutic Support Groups:

The MindSpa is pleased to offer support groups that are therapeutic in nature. They are tailored to a specific group. Therapeutic groups offer participants the opportunity to share their personal story while receiving support and guidance from the group members and the counselor. Group members will learn new tools and strategies to deal with the emotional and environmental changes surrounding a certain topic. Most groups are several weeks in length to build group unity. Research indicates that therapeutic groups offer individuals a quicker response than individual counseling because they are sharing their experiences with many people and may be encouraged and motivated by the group to make significant changes in their life.

Please see our on-line scheduling system for the Support Group tab for the full group description and schedules. Our support groups are limited to a small number of participants, so we encourage you to book your group early to reserve your seat.

Parent Child Interactive Training "PCIT" ($1400):

Click here for more information. Think having your own personal "Supernanny!" This is an intensive set program of 12-15 sessions for parents dealing with difficult behaviors from their child. With over 20 years of research to show effectiveness, PCIT is endorsed by Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

Open House:

The MindSpa will open its doors to school counselors, educators, clergy, health care providers, and the general public to meet our staff on various days. We would like the community to learn more about The MindSpa and the services offered free of charge. No registration is required. Light refreshments will be available. Please check our calendar for open house hours and dates.

Gift Certificates:

Purchasing a gift certificate for a loved one is a fantastic gift! Simply purchase a dollar amount for the gift and designate whom the gift should be presented to. The MindSpa system will allow them to purchase Custom Counseling Appointments or Educational Seminars with your dollar credits.
